History

  • Peter previously spent five years in the Forensic Services department of PwC Belfast, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016.
  • Within PwC Peter gained experience in a wide variety of forensic investigations, including fraud, due diligence, anti-money laundering and licensing reviews.

Profile

  • Joining HNH in September 2017, Peter is a Manager in the Corporate Finance team at HNH working on sell-side, buy-side and growth capital engagements across a range of sectors. Recent transactional experience includes the sale of Foodco to Henderson Foodservice, the MBO of Ashdale Engineering and the growth capital investment in 3fivetwo Group by Foresight in partnership with 57 Stars.

Qualifications

  • Peter is an Associate of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland having been educated at Queens University Belfast and L’université Jean Moulin Lyon III, where he gained an LLB honours degree in Law & French
