History
Craig is a qualified chartered accountant, gaining membership with ICAS in 2017, and joined HNH Edinburgh’s Deal Advisory team in March 2021 after 6 years working in Corporate Audit for Deloitte across Aberdeen and Edinburgh gaining extensive experience in oil and gas and distribution industries.
Craig was educated at the University of Dundee where he received First Class Honours for his undergraduate studies in Business Economics with Marketing.
Profile
As an Assistant Manager, Craig works across a wide range of M&A transaction types including, but not limited to, both company acquisitions and disposals and the raising of growth capital for SMEs.
Craig helps manage the day to day elements of the transactions he is involved in, offering further client support and assisting lead directors in ensuring that agreed strategies are fully implemented and client objectives achieved.
Outside the office Craig will usually be found up a mountain or eating out with friends and family – ideally both in the same day!
