History

  • Paul trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG in their Restructuring and Forensics department after graduating with a first class honours degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University.  Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013, Paul worked for Viridian Group as their in house Financial Modeller from 2014 to 2015, before joining the Corporate Finance team at KPMG in Belfast.
  • Paul joined the HNH Deal Advisory team in February 2018.

Profile

  • Paul leads the Sustainability team at HNH, specialising in transactions in the sustainability sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy and waste management.
  • Paul has advised on M&A, debt/equity fundraising, and refinancing transactions with extensive experience in raising project finance.
  • Paul also leads the financial modelling service line at HNH, providing a range of financial modelling services, including operational, transactional and financing model development, and financial model review.
