  • Rodney leads our Transaction Services offering in HNH.  Specialising in financial due diligence, Rodney has significant experience in leading complex buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence assignments as well as completion support, business planning and other transaction support services.
  • Previously Rodney worked for EY in Belfast for 22 years, with 18 of those in Transaction Advisory Services, where he gained extensive experience in the UK, Ireland and internationally for a range of corporate and private equity clients. Rodney has operated across a range of industry sectors, delivering a full range of buy-side, sell-side and reporting accountant services.
