Andrew Beckinsale

Andrew completed his Masters Degree in Theoretical Physics at Queen’s University Belfast before training as a chartered accountant with PwC in their Forensics practice.
After finishing his training contract in 2020, Andrew gained some experience in industry as an FP&A analyst at Survitec before transferring to the PwC Corporate Finance team in 2021, where he expanded his expertise in M&A and financial modelling.
In June 2024, Andrew joined the HNH Deal Advisory team.

Andrew handles a diverse array of M&A transactions, including company disposals, acquisitions, and securing growth capital for SMEs.
He is also involved in HNH’s financial modelling service line, offering comprehensive services such as operational, transactional, and financing model development, as well as conducting financial model reviews.
As a Manager, Andrew oversees day-to-day transactional operations, serves as a primary client liaison, and supports lead directors in ensuring the successful execution of agreed strategies and attainment of client objectives.
