Gregor Miller

Assistant Manager

Gregor is a Deal Advisory Assistant Manager within our Edinburgh office.
He joined us in September 2023 from EY, where he spent 3 years within the Banking and Capital Markets Audit department working with listed retail banks and boutique investment banks. During this time, he completed his ICAS Chartered Accountancy training and was admitted to membership in 2023.
Prior to this, Gregor was educated at the University of Edinburgh where he achieved first class honours in Accounting and Business.
Before University, Gregor spent a year with Johnston Carmichael in their Elgin office Business Advisory department. In this role, he produced statutory accounts for small companies below the audit thresholds.

As an Assistant Manager, Gregor assists with the day to day management of deals he is involved in.
He works closely with the Directors and acts as a point of contact for clients on various M&A transaction types, including; buy-side, sell-side and capital raises.
Gregor is also involved in valuation and asset-back lending engagements.
